This could be useful for anyone who thinks they might be suffering from depression.

I found this test a few days ago. http://www.suicideforum.com/bdc/

I have been feeling depressed, and the test confirmed that I have moderate depression. After I looked at the questions, I realized that have probably been experiencing mild depression for a large part of the past several years.

I wonder how "feeling sad or down in the dumps" differs from "feeling unhappy or blue."

I got 23... not too bad considering if I would have taken this test about a year and a half ago, I would have scored 86.
