From past couple of days i am feeling very low and hollow.

I started taking fludac twice a day to keep my mood in check.

Also i am scared to go to office my anxiety levels have increased

I get anxiety attacks and didnt go to office for 6 days at stretch.

My moods are very low and i am feeling depressed.

Its like a mood fluctuating because on friday when i went to office i was talking a lot,
laughing a lot and was on a high.

But otherwise from past couple of days its been a low, with drooping eyes, heavy feeling around the head,
low energy levels.

Whats wrong with me??? Any guidance please

I would guess that you have a high level of depression.

Sounds more like bipolar to me. Moods up and down often? (not daily, but monthly)

even i doubt its bipolar
but bipolar means i have to take daily medication
and without medicine i will spiral out of control.
i am more scared of my anxiety
due to anxiety i am scared to go to office

You might be having akathisia, which can be caused by both antidepressants and antipsychotics. I've dealt with that on both types, and it is not fun at all! Antidepressant akathisia tends to also have a strong agitation component, I believe. Is that what you're experiencing?

Anyway, I'd talk to my doctor ASAP about this, by phone or walking into his/her office if necessary, because it's generally NOT going to get better the longer you take it. If you can't go back to your doctor for a while, try something like Benadryl (diphenhydramine). You may have to go off Prozac is nothing works.

Could you have PTSD?

Considering the first post, it looks like she's saying she's had it since starting to take Fludac.

Well then it might be a bad idea to continue, but just a doctor can tell.
But I read some older posts, that's why I was wondering.

Well those could also be symptoms of other disorders and for PTSD you also need the symptom that you can't get rid of the thoughts of the traumatic incidence, like flash backs, or recurent dreams or something and also avoidance towards the things that might you remind you on the traumatic incidence.
But I also had similar symptoms like that when I had my PTSD, especially those with the anxiety and mood fluctuations. But trauma can also trigger other disorders, but usually when the trauma gets better those other disorders very often also get better (it doesn't mean that they go away though).

But it could be also Bipolar or Borderline PD.

Do you still think about the traumas very often?

Yes it sounds like PTSD, because I have it and what you described is how I feel all the time. I've had it since I was a little kid, and later traumatic experiences have made it worse and made it a lifelong issue for me. I also avoid medication at all costs, because I'm typically sensitive to side effects and I don't think meds are healthy anyway. I constantly get anxious and scared, and I have to rationalize to myself that my fears are unfounded. Like when I leave for work in the morning I typically have a feeling of impending doom and I have to consciously remind myself that everything is ok. Anxiety and depression are the two main components of chronic PTSD, so its possible to have it without flashbacks or nightmares where you're feeling these things and its not clear why that is.

But I'm also wondering was there some kind of change in your life recently? Something at work or at home that is causing you to be concerned about your safety? The thing is with chronic PTSD that the change could be minor and not something we would consciously be concerned about like a sexual harrassment situation at work or a nosy neighbor. And then it could also be the opposite where things could be going really well at home and at work and we start to worry something bad is going to happen because what we lived through before was a prolonged situaton that traumatized us to the extent where we have chronic PTSD. I have both of those issues where I get anxious and scared over minor changes in my life and also when things are going good. Does any of this make sense with what your feeling?
