Does anyone here have so-called "quiet" BPD or the "acting in" type of BPD?

If so, could you describe how you feel? Thanks!

A friend of mine is borderline and she is the "acting out" type, but what's interesting that a view years ago she behaved totally avoidant.

I don't have too much knowledge about acting in borderline. What are the differences?

All people with borderline I know are sensation seekers. Is this also true fot the "acting in" type?

I don't know if I've alrady showed you this, but for me it's the best video I've ever seen about borderline:

Yeah, it's like I have AvPD, BPD, and PAPD together. But there is a well-known subtype of BPD called the petulant borderline which is basically this.

Does anyone know if intensely repressed anger in BPD may cause a monotone voice?
