My delightful aspie son is struggling with severe depression now. I need to find someone I can refer him to that he can trust. I've been depressed and know that when you are depressed you are unlikely to do anything about it because life is hopeless and nothing will ever make it better and why should you spend nonexistent energy on something that won't work.
