I didn't mention this to my counselor at all cause it slipped my mind, but my grandfather was bipolar, my father is bipolar, my bothers, my sister, and myself all have bipolar tendencies; we all have roller coaster emotions and we all tend to be very judgmental. All things considered after doing my research I probably have cluster of disorders that range between BD, PTSD, and AS.

write it down and take it to your counselor next time. it's important.

It does tend to run in families.
