I feel like all is good in the world. I feel perfect and happy. I feel... abnormal... Like nothing can harm me. I feel like drugged and just wonderful. I just had a depression episode. I feel my mind like.... rising. It's weird.

Do I sound manic right now? I recently adjusted my antidepressant. Perhaps it's too strong?

It is possible, but noone can give you a diagnosis here. If you want to know for sure, you can go to a psychiatrist.

Maybe I'm just tired. I wasn't like this earlier. I'll see what happens tomorrow I guess.

Maybe the antidepressants are working. Maybe your just feeling great for a short time like a normal mood. Maybe there is nothing pathological about feeling great.
These are all possibilities but only time will tell for sure :)

Are you having trouble sleeping?

Are you doing things that could be dangerous, because you feel like you can handle it?

Are you making major life decisions on the spur of the moment?

If you're having any of those issues, then this is probably not just normal happiness.

How are you doing today? Did the feelings last?

I agree with Ettina's points as well - those are usually red flag manic indicators for me.
