help - i am having more and more complex halluzinations

Hello..

this is really embarassing, but I am afraid that I hear and see things that might not really exist. It started a while ago with me hearing a non-existent clock ticking and once it was an alarm clock ringing. Today I answered a call on my mobile phone, but my mobile phone that works without any problems claims that this call never took place and I called all the people I know tand nobody confirmed that they called me. The same thing happened two days ago. Nobody actually speaks to me and the caller is always "unknown" but I hear the phone ringing and I see the incoming call and I answer it but afterwards it. It usually happens when I am tired and stressed or when I moved to a new place.

What could that be... it is frightening... I have an autism diagnosis, but autism never includes halluyinations, right... especially no halluzinations where you cannot tell reality from fiction.

If you're in the uk you may have the same problem as me. I sometimes get random unknown calls on my phone with no explanation. Your phone could also be malfunctionining. The hallucinations arent exactly complex.... its worth being evaluated for schizophrenia however. How old are you if you dont mind me asking?
