I have been trying to find out more about this. I passed two tests. Not the ones I wanted to pass. Two years ago I "passed the ADD test", and started treatment, and a couple weeks ago "passed the Asperger's test".

Doesn't having one exclude having the other? Is is possible to have both?

There are aspects of AS that are virtually indistinguishable from ADD/ADHD. I think it's fair to say they are common comorbids.

Yes, you can have both together. I'm both. In fact I'm both types of ADHD and AS.

It's possible to have both.
In the past it usually wasn't dx together, but not anymore.
