Tourette's can sometimes look like ASD, especially because it usually goes along at least with some ADHD and OCD symptoms.
Childhood disintegrative disorder, also called Heller's syndrome. Sometimes it's even considered to be on the spectrum, but usually it's seen as an own unique disorder. I know a boy who has it. He lost all his skills short before his 6th birthday within a month and also developed severe epilepsy to it and had to learn walking and talking again. But even after he learned some stuff again, he was severely disabled.
Actually a lot of disorders can look like ASD under certain circumstances.
