I feel often excited, mostly without apparent reason (or maybe related to something trivial, like waiting for a weekend or thinking about girls)

That feeling is positive as such but since it's so strong, it starts to feel rather distressing and it makes it more difficult to concentrate (I have severe ADD symptoms all the time in any case, and no drug has ever alleviated them).

Is there any cure for this?

Is there anything to make me less excited?

Any medicine or some other means?

(Do not say: physical exercise. I practice that already)

I'm similar. I use meds for ADHD and this does help me to concentrate but once I am distracted by something funny, I completely lose it.

It's really hard for me to get back on track again.

I don't know of a solution.
