hey ASD world! ive been diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorder from 1-3 im around 1 and 2, im not sure if im hearing sounds or if this is sensory processing problems, well i can hear everything loud, and the light in my room i can even hear it, especially when everything else is off, its like nothing has ever been quiet to me even quiet as a noise,also i have this tick sometimes im not sure what it is or what its from it comes randomly like my face kind of twitches, im on no medication whatsoever and do not want medication (have terrible stomach problems) anybody know? thanks!

I wouldn't worry about the tics unless they are really bothering you. It is not uncommon for some ASD individuals to have tics and they are harmless healthwise. I've had numerous tics all my life and they come and go. Some have been highly annoying and others I am just able to more or less ignore or live with. They wax and wane and depending on your age many people do grow out of them. If you are really concerned perhaps you could make an appointment with your family doctor.
