A diagnosis tool for psychopathology at last?

And the nice thing is the doctor who this scan diagnosed as a psychopath may be a good poster child for the disorder.
I think it's good that someone points out the difference between psychopathy and antisocial PD what usually is getting ignored. Because there is a difference and many just have one of them and just few really have both and that's a very dangerous combination. But every one can develope antisocial traits, but with psychopathy it's different, either you are a psychopath or you are not. That has more to do with your neurology.

Psychopathy can't be diagnosed like that. You also couldn't know if it has anything to do with neurology. Humans don't know enough about neurology to tell. Not only that, I KNOW why it happens. It's a form of corruption. Any good reason to word it like this? No.
I'd just like to point out that the combination of both together isn't rare. 90% of psychopaths have ASPD, and 30% of ASPDs are psychopaths.
And although it's treated as categorical, psychopathy is just as dimensional as ASPD.
