Mental fog is not depersonalization.

Fog can have many sources...drugs, meds, Fibromyalgia, low blood glucose to name a few

Have you asked a doctor?

Any self help remedies except for keeping reminders? Specificly how to train yourself to become more concious?

I'm curious if there's any supplements that might help.

I've been doing some experimenting.
dobeling my ritalin and drinking lots of water and abstaining from masturbation for a while really helps. Also sleep is essential.

I once described my mind as foggy, "It is sort of like some of my thoughts are my subconscious's voice, but i cannot hear my subconscious's thoughts, and my subconscious cannot hear my thoughts.".

What kind of fog do you have?

Strangely realistic dreams, maybe?
