My APRN suggested to me she thinks I have it when I saw her last month. I was diagnosed with Asperger's and OCD, but she also thinks I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

I suppose it makes sense because my muscles are always stiff no matter what. Exercise doesn't help unless I do yoga, but yoga hurts like crazy until I'm finished, then I feel good for about a day, then the muscles stiffen up again. Though when I worry, I think it is a legit worry, I don't just worry for the sake of worrying. I do have a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep.

I'm not sure what I think, honestly. I don't think I have it because I'm not a worrier unless there is a legit reason to worry.

Is it common for these anxiety issues to be co-morbid with Asperger's?

I have both Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Aspergers, on top of ADHD, PDD-NOS and Depression. I am not entirely sure how "normal" this diagnosis is, but it is normal for me at least.

How can you tell apart what is the Generalized Anxiety from the other anxiety you experience? What are the tell-tale signs it is GAD?
