Back when I was, like, eight, I used to think that everybody could read my mind. First, it was just an assumption, then it got worse over the years that I actually became convinced that everybody can read my mind. I would stop thinking about silly things, and would sometimes to talk to my mind-readers, how I wanted them to stop, and I would occasionally even cry. It even occurred to me that I am probably a god of some sort, and everybody is my sort of minions, monitoring my every move, but is simply pretending. It somehow just slowly disappeared when I was in high school. Still, this remains to be the most embarrassing period of my life.

It could be or delusional thoughts could be caused by temporal lobe epilepsy a neurologist could help there or if epilepsy is not present and another episode happens then perhaps talking to a psychologist or something may help

Not at all. Just a high level of imagination and human tendency to think if things a lot.

Though if your American your probably led to believe it means illness.
