Down's Syndrome increased health risks
Page 1 of 1 [ 1 post ]
I've decided to look at the Down's Syndrome article on Wikipedia, and I read some pretty scary statistics about health problem risks in the segment of the population. Things like increased risk of sleep apnea, heart problems, obesity, eye problems, etc. sound very hard to manage. I personally wouldn't wish increased risk of these on anyone.
I'm not trying to troll or be offensive. Down's people are some of the sweetest, kindest people i ever met, but how accurate is what I just read on Wikipedia? Do they exaggerate?
