I have been really stressing out lately, but even when I have calmed myself down for hours and even a day later...my brain feels numb, foggy, really strange? Could a vein in my brain be ready to burst and give me a stroke?

Earlier this morning, I felt a electric, warm sensation behind my left eye, which was a bit creepy. I usually have problems with my nerves on the left side of my body due to whiplash years ago, the sensations never were accompanied by a warmth or light burning until recently.

My lower back as also been feeling super tight and deep aches like it is some kind of cancer in my organs, not just back pain?

I have also been feeling profoundly depressed and useless.

I really feel like I'm maybe dying or seriously ill? Could all these symptoms just be stress or maybe a sign of something worse like a stroke or cancer?

A vein ready to burst doesn't cause those symptoms. It's either completely silent, or it can cause temporary stroke symptoms (transient ischemic attack).
A mnemonic for stroke symptoms is FAST -
Facial drooping: A section of the face, usually only on one side, that is drooping and hard to move
Arm weakness: The inability to raise one's arm fully
Speech difficulties: An inability or difficulty to understand or produce speech
Time: If any of the symptoms above are showing, time is of the essence; call the emergency services or go to the hospital.

If you aren't having facial drooping, arm weakness and/or speech problems, you're unlikely to be having a stroke.

Good to know. My doctor did notice an elevation in my blood pressure and told me it was just stress related.
