Hi everyone,

Is there anyone over here who's also been diagnosed with dyspraxia (or DCD - developmental coordination disorder)?
It means that you have problems with your gross and fine motor skills, coordination, orientation, balance, short-term memory etc. I've always had problems with these areas so basically I self-diagnosed after I read an article about Daniel Radcliffe who has a mild form of it... At the end of January I finally got my official diagnosis at the age of 27, along with my autism diagnosis... I'm really clumsy and am always bumping into things, letting things fall out of my hands... When I have to do things with my hands like cooking, household work etc. it always takes me forever to get it done because I'm that slow and clumsy...

Anyone who has the same or who can relate?

I also have dispraxia, was officially diagnosed around kindergarten.I'm not as affected because of therapy since then but still I'm a clumsy guy,and don't get me started about picking up stuff that is small.

I just keep shaking me legs when I am anxious. I keep moving my body backward and forward when talking. It takes me ages to tie my shoe.

I had it when I was a kid. I grew out of it though. I don't walk into things or bump into people or drop stuff like I used to. But I never had problems with cleaning or doing tasks or riding a bike and I could tie my shoes and button buttons and zip zippers.
