So i have mainly Bipolar, and lately my sibling has been ... harder for me to be around. i'm more agitated, annoyed... just not my normal, stable, happy calm self. I can normally be the big sister and just really be there, and have everything be smooth. I really don't want to stay in this mode.
So how do i manage? any tips, stories?
