So excited walked 200 miles last week. I got 411,950 steps last week. I got 76,000 in one day. Anyone else here do a lot of waking?

That is more than a daily marathon?
What purpose did all that walking fulfill? For fun
Are you doing a sponsored walk a thon where you earn money for walking? Not payed
Are you trying to set a world record? No
Do you like walking? Big time
Did someone hire you to walk? No
Because since November 2015, I have aimed for 55 miles walked per week
Measured on a map
Two significant digits
The most I ever walked in a week was seventy miles
And I have no job and do not go to school
Thus far, with the exception of chronic extreme constipation and fatigue, no physical health problems. That I know of
And where I live, it had weather where you can walk yearround
Sometimes in the rain but not in the snow
And almost none of those miles are uphill or downhill
And live somewhere with convenient public transportation
Sidewalks decent
Nobody has raped me yet
But if and when one of those conditions changes, then that makes it extremely difficult to walk nearly that far
Overexercise sometimes has side effects
How far do you usually walk?
But at this point walking is my favorite exercise.
Because you do not financially pay, with the exception of shoes
You can measure distances.
While if you are dancing the calories are harder to measure
You can walk almost anywhere
You do not have to wait for someone else. Like you can't play football alone
And walking serves an immediate functional purpose
You go somewhere to play baseball, soccer, basketball, etc
Walking is a method of transportation in and of itself
