One pdoc looks at the notes and decides personality disorder instead of sza mixed is more appropriate . 13 years later another pdoc sees me and says sz and autism more likely . He then looks at the notes and says schizoaffective is the right dx(along with ASD) .
That suggests there’s a lot of subjectivity involved in assigning a label to a person.
