How do you feel about the Wellbutrin? I've considered it.
Have you done a metabolic study? I did one through NIH. You get your RMR, BMR, how.food is processed in your system through a metabolic diet, sleep patterns, and a few other things. The biggest complaint people have is eating the same thing every day while you do it, but routine isn't exactly a problem for me
Wellbutrin is the best antidepressant I’ve ever been on. I don’t tolerate SSRIs very well, but I didn’t have any side effects with Wellbutrin. Of course, everyone is different.
I’m currently trying to cut back on my dosage. I think that with my current combination of medications I was starting to feel a little bit numb, so I’m trying to reduce them. I also feel like I don’t really need them as much anymore. (This numbness wasn’t due to the Wellbutrin alone but the combination of meds I was on. It was a problematic sensation because it was keeping me from knowing how I feel about stuff which is challenging enough for me as it is.)
I’ve reduced this med and one other by half. So far, so good. I tried before and it didn’t work out. I’m trying again but I’m keeping a close eye on how I feel.
There have been some recent positive changes in my life that I’m hoping will make up the difference.
I’ve never had a metabolic study. I was diagnosed with binge eating disorder which is currently in remission. I take Vyvanse for that.
