How can I make this easier?

I really dislike waiting rooms. I have been to a lot of appointments and the anxiety is still so bad. I drink too much water. I start nervous laughing. My heart starts beating really fast. Then I get called in and I feel so anxious still. Appointments stress me out really bad.

I cant sleep on the night before or after appointments. I have appointments a lot unfortunately. I feel like I'm always at the doctors office sometimes.

Do you have anything you can bring with you to absorb your attention?

That's what I'd do. I'd bring my phone because that's pretty socially acceptable.
