Delusions that I had from my childhood and before severe psychological highs and lows:

* Delusion that no one has facial expressions until I was 16 years old

* Delusion that I murdered a 5 year old child when I was 4 years old and once sexually touched a 10 year old girl when I was 7 years old

Delusion after severe psychological highs and lows:

* Delusion that corrupted CIA, MP and SWAT were following me everywhere I went, and that there was police brutality all over the world.

* Delusion that I was working for the military to find aliens (Once committed a bettary assault when I had those delusions, no charges were filed against me)

* Delusion that I sometimes download CP for five years until age 20.

Most of those delusions that I had were non-bizzare.

This must be the most difficult problem to live with. Are you finding things that help manage your delusions now as an adult?

Well, that part isn't really a delusion, it's actually true.

Not only did I believe that police brutality happened to every single person (not sure if that's true), I hallucinated that the military police attacked highschool students every time I was in class, and once hallucinated that there was police brutality again me

I no longer have delusional episodes, although I had delusions for almost all my life, it mostly was episodic, my delusional episodes did not happen all the time.

The facial expressions delusional phenomena was related to severe communication delay that I had and it looks similar to Fregoli-like experiences.

Other delusions were episodic and related to Bipolar 1 Disorder.

I take Olanzapine, Guanfacine, and Rexuliti.

Today's meds are a miracle for so many people. I have a family member who depends on them for survival. It has made a huge difference for the better in their life. No hospitalizations for the past 5 years, they have learned how to recognize when they need a meds adjustment and are living their best life ever. Best wishes

I agree.

Olanzapine, and Rexuliti helps me tune down my former delusions I had.

As a non-schizophrenic person Olanzapine made me feel like I fear everything, e.g. finishing breakfast, or walking... anyone felt that?
