I now have a very low mood, energy, my self-esteem and delusion of grandeur crashed down. I don’t talk that well now, and feel profoundly tired after not sleeping well for a week now.

I want to know how you guys experience Bipolar and related disorders.

I experience mania sometimes, and it usually is preceeded or followed by being intensely depressed. I get unusually irritable when I experience mania, drink and smoke more, self harm and engage more in my disordered eating habits, have a much higher libido and do things due to it that I regret later, etc. When I become depressed before or after I feel exhausted, get really suicidal, and just feel the complete opposite.

I actually didn't have many issues with this until I started Strattera, but it gets worse when I change my dose or stop taking it, so I haven't stopped taking it yet. My doctor said people with mood disorders respond to SNRIs the way I do though, so I don't know if the medication caused the issue, or just exacerbated something that I didn't know I had a problem with before.

I have it very mild. I have to be careful not to say anything when I feel good cos I usually change my mind when its over. Its just a pleasurable feeling that lasts a few hours ,where i feel i can accomplish a lot of goals, followed by low mood for several days.

I haven't had it for a few months, it doesn't seem to happen that often.
