seroquel (I use around 100 mg) is the mildest that I know of (used not generally for more serious psychosis, although there are docs who could consider it in some cases.)
abilify can make me very jumpy and uncomfortable, as it is to my knowledge, somewhat paradoxically, both a stimulant and a suppressant.
