I sometimes can't sleep when I'm depressed. The sadness hurts. I also get restless and agitated. I feel energy but negatively. I sometimes just feel so bad I cannot feel comfortable. I just cry for hours and feel shaky. I want to know how to sleep when I feel this way.
It is the opposite for me. With all the bad news I'll look at the weather report and go back to bed as it is too miserable to go outside in the cold and wet.
