I'm only attracted to men most of the time, but approaching my period, I like both men&women (men more), during my period I like them equally, and just after I prefer women, but still like men.
During the times where I prefer either men, or women(but still like both), I also like transgender.

I know why this is, but I'm just wondering if anyone here has something similar? Does this make me bisexual, straight, pansexual, or what?

I haven't experienced this but I've experienced a change in my orientation over the years, gravitating more and more away from women and more towards men. Some say it's impossible, but human sexuality is way more complex than most think. It's not just being "born this way". There is probably a lot of things that influences ones sexuality, in your case it might be hormones, since it changes with your menstrual cycle. Probably nothing unusual. Studies have shown that women with certain hormonal disturbances are more likely to be gay or bi, so hormones can play a role in who one is attracted to.

Dr. Christine Northrup, who is a nationally acclaimed wholistic Gyn, says that women are closer to how we really feel just before our periods.
I found this to be true in my life as well.

To answer your last question, this makes you, you. If you feel the need to put a label on it, then I think that you need to put a big asterisk on that label to note that your orientation manifests differently at different times.
