So far I am under the impression that with women a bigger/thicker/longer etc penis is preferred. But I am wondering if this is the same for gay male bottoms. Is bigger better. I wonder because I know asses are significantly tighter than vaginas so to me bigger seems like it would be more painful. Which why I must ask, do bottoms like bigger dicks or not?

for most people of whatever persuasion, bigger=more pain.

Some bottoms enjoy bigger dicks. It really depends on what the person is used to. Obviously at first bigger will mean more painful.

In my experience, it has very little to do with the size of the penis, and everything to do with the skill, care and attention of the top. If you are relaxed enough to accommodate a penis of average girth, you can likely accommodate a penis of any girth. If you are not relaxed enough, then you will likely be unable to accommodate even a penis of relatively small girth.

Length is a trickier issue, because it has a great deal to do with position. The easiest position--at least for me--is "spooning," but other men will have different experiences.

from a physiological standpoint: there's a certain minimum size necessary to reach the g-spot for women and the prostate for men, but once that's met it doesn't really matter anymore.

psychologically I think a lot of people prefer bigger because they assume that if penis = masculine, then more penis = more masculinity. I'm psychologically attracted to larger guys but in terms of actually having sex, average to smaller is actually much easier to handle, and frankly if you're into what you're doing and who you're doing it with, the shape and size of the bodies in question doesn't really matter that much.

...unless, of course, shape and size of someone's body is a critical criteria for attraction for you in whatever your "type," is.

Sure, some people are way more attracted to someone's personality or some other criteria, ok fine, I get that.. but when there's a set of physical criteria for who you're attracted to, shape & size of bodies and all sorts of other criteria definitely come into play and can be make or break when it comes to attraction vs. not really mattering that much.

Just sayin'.
