Trans-aspies, do you bind/tuck/other?
I've switched to wearing a good sports bra nearly every day, and that has been a huge step in the right direction for me. You can still tell that I have boobs, but now they're like a B or C instead of DDD I've lost a fair bit of weight and i'm hoping if I keep that up that a good binder can hide them completely. Eventually i'd like to have them removed, but idk if that'll ever happen For right now though, I like to be able to look down and see my feet and stomach instead of boobs

OMG, you just made my day, I'm NOT nuts!! !! ! I'm always afraid it's a bug on me or something, especially a stinging one!! ! When I was Catholic I apparently used to put on quite a show while playing upright/acoustic string bass up front at Mass, simultaneously scratching one leg with the other foot!! ! Maybe that's why I even subconsciously preferred playing bass to guitar in church: the bass could hold me up while I took care of my needs so to speak, w/o stopping the music!!
I'm serious, thank you for sharing this and helping bring this out for us!
Since we're so often left to diagnose ourselves, and needing to teach our "healthcare providers" about it all, we need to be as much help to each other as we can.
I wear a sports bra because my hormones aren't doing much for my breasts. I can't fill anything. I'm on Estrace and Androcur but I'm wondering if progesterone will have any desirable effect on breast growth.
I wear whatever make-up I am confident I can use. I have very little confidence in my skills with eye shadow so I don't use it.
I'm not very confident with eye-liner but I still use it because if I make a mistake I can use my eye lashes to cover it up when I apply mascara.
I'm perfectly comfortable using mascara and I put it on pretty much every day. I feel better when I have something on.
I also use lipstick quite often but now I'm using the "baby lips" coloured lip balm because my lips get dry too easily this time of year.
I try to tuck but I have difficulty. The problem is finding the spot where I'm supposed to put my testicles. I've spent hours trying to find it on several occasions and I always end up pushing them into the wrong spot. They never seem to go in. I still push my penis back even if I don't get the first part right.

I've been binding a bit, discreetly for about five months using two sports bras. I have a very hard time with bras because of dysphoria and sensitivity. But my mother noticed that apparently I do not have visible boobs and took me out for a bra fitting that resulted in half a dozen new bras being bought and being touched by a stranger
