That is...brilliant. Maybe pink & blue stripes for "either/both"? At the regional gatherings of a group I ostensibly belong to, they have color coded "Hello, my name is" tags that denote how much physical contact the person is comfortable with. It came about due to too many "enthusiastic huggers" and has worked out quite well. Maybe it's just *too* rational and sensical, but I could see your idea working wonderfully...

People can always wear two different bracelets if they want. I could also offer a green bracelet for people who want to meet non-binary people if there's enough demand.

One thing that could go wrong is straight people believing they don't need to wear them and continuing their previous behavior. There could also be creepy straight guys going after bi/gay girls. Fortunately there will be security to take care of that.
