Is there a list of online communitues for LGBTQ people?

I tried googling but...I came up short

Clarification: I'm looking for online communities/discussion groups where you can discuss your issues with gender identity/sexuality in a safe environment. Dating and sex is of course also quite interesting but...it's not quite as important

Can we make this a sticky btw?

Places I've found so far:

www.qruiser.com (a scandinavian-based community, mostly used for hooking up)
www.darkside.se (a scandinavian-based BDSM-and queer community. Activities ranges from pizza nights to workshops and parties)
www.rfsl.se (Not an online community, but a notable scandinavian-based lgbtq rights group. They Host activities in major cities)

There has got to be more than this out there!

There are a lot of T based support sites. Not so sure about LGB.

Queer ones then?

Again, I'm looking for communities and discussion groups, where I can talk to people with similar experiences. Not merely the homepage of the local gay rights team or whatever...
