My name is Steve. I am 32-years old. I have been diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome by my therapist. I have also come out to my family as a gay man. I have never been in a same-sex relationship before, but now I am open to one. I feel that my ASD made it very hard for me to accept my homosexuality, perhaps even vice-versa. I feel that for the very first time in my life, I am finally accepting myself
for who I really am. I hope that I can continue to move forward in life, and become the person I have always imagined I could be.

Well, congrats! I'm glad :)
I'm gender-neutral and asexual. But my family isn't really accepting of that

Congratulations! What a giant step, for sure. What did your family say?

Surprisingly, they told me it did not really matter to them. I think that it mattered, and still does, a lot more to me.

I'm sure they just want grandbabies; you should hear my family go on about it.

Hello.

Congratulations! I'm happy that another gay/person with AS has found some happiness.

Lol, mine too. But they're still very supportive, which is nice. :)
