Hey Heath, glad to hear you're out and open about it. How did your family find it when you came out?
I couldn't bear to see this thread die and slowly recede into the old threads...
Anyways, I'm gay/bicurious (prefer guys over girls for the most part).
Coming out at age 13 wasn't fun because my mother found out when the principal of a private school called her. They found a note that was supposed to go to a boy who was ignoring me when he found out I liked him. I got punished.
Last February, My Mother found my Diary and read my feelings for a co-worker and she wanted me to go to ex-gay therapy. She still denies the fact that I'm gay because I said a girl was simply pretty. Total and full-fledged denial.
My sister is not stupid to deny me being homosexual. So that's good.
I'm 15 (16 in a little over 2 weeks) with Asperger's and Social Anxiety. Maryland, United States.
Hope some other people contribute to this almost dead thread.
Wow I am really sorry to read about this. She still feels this way even after a couple of years? I also find it so strange that the principle of the school would interfere with your private life like that. It sounds as if the principle thought that homosexuality was a cause for concern?
