Maybe you're fluid?

It's better to see guy and girl as options rather than absolutes. Try to try out and find what specific things associated with being a guy or girl you really want rather than attempting to cram your identity into one bucket.

Do take steps to think about what kind of body you desire though. Not choosing an option is choosing the hormones the lottery of birth has given you.

Don't you mean your "gender-fluid"?

I get the exact same feeling. Have a long blonde wig and women's clothes. Considering a silicone female bodysuit as well.

When I was little, I very much wanted to be a boy.

Later in childhood, I realized that I didn't really identify with either boys or girls.

Eventually I concluded that I'm a gender-nonconforming woman.

If the term "nonbinary" were commonplace when I was younger, I would likely identify as nonbinary.

My advice is to explore and learn how you feel, you can try different pronouns, clothes, styles. You might be repressing, or you might be fluid. I don't know how I can help you more as I'm in a similar situation but with NB and FtM (I'm AFAB). Hope you find out who you are.

A LOT of females, and more and more today, are what would be called tomboys. My mother was a tomboy, and she was born in the 1930s!! ! I've known several others. And they were NOT male in really ANY way.

A tom boy is simply a female that likes sports, and maybe simpler dress, like boys do, and do that. Movies sometimes poke fun at it, like in bad new bears where a "guy" is congratulated for a hit in a game, etc... and "he" takes the cap off, and talks, and they see she is a girl. Besides, it is getting more normal these days for girls to do such things so it doesn't seem strange at all.

Occassionally after a birth...These days if the baby has ambiguous genitalia,There maybe a confusion in a rush to assign gender...This is the outward instances of types of gender diversity. But this does not account for all the variations that may occur, within any given organism, may inadvertantly develop, depending on given circumstances around the reproductive cycles. Although this may result in a numerous amount of variations.
The scientific point of veiw is rapidly becoming unpopular in this Country it is appearing now. 8O

Gender issues are way more common among autistics compared to the general population. It's almost like this is a much more common issue for us than for the general population, the exact opposite of your assumption.

I don't know why an autistic person would rely on such simple-minded clichés to dismiss such a serious concern expressed by a member of our community.

Well if we want to talk about hard science the fact is that we all start out as female.

Research human development / embryology / genetics.

Males are in effect a kind of modified female.

My opinion:

Its then hardly surprising that a significant number of people feel uncomfortable with the gender that they are expected to conform with - which in a sense is a social construct.

In relation to this social construct, perceived deviation from the 'norms' of the tribe or social group are usually met with disapproval and opposition.

Many, though of course not all, AU folk see less value in social norms and confirming to the norms of the tribe. Hence they are more flexible in considering a whole range of alternative gender identities. I see this all of the time within the LGBTQ+ community that I am proud to belong to. There are so many ND people within it.

I strongly identify as non-binary as anything else seems illogical for me. The only way that I think that this can have a negative impact on others is that it adds to the growing challenge towards established norms, stereotypes and the historic expectations of various conservative groups in society. I regard these things as mainly driven by a neurotypical mindset anyway. Its always a little depressing when I see ND people supporting this NT agenda usually as a result of years of a kind of conversion therapy to make them more NT.

Clothes are designed to fit different body shapes, hence the need for some to wear silicone bodysuits to get the appearance they desire.

I used to alter clothes to fit me. I've been able to find clothes that fit me fine just off the rack!
