I'm with you, Animal Magic is terrific. Just heard Silver again tonight, that song gets me every time.

I like all his stuff really, even the lyrical songs on his latest. I don't even consider Bonobo electronic though, more just kind of downbeat, jazzy, moody stuff. He certainly seems to be the most organic artist on Ninja Tune, although I haven't heard much of the label.

I love Mr. Green's friends too, Amon Tobin is super, as is Kid Koala.

i like dial M for monkey

he's good
it's DJ shadow-ish
but it's at a level that makes me realize, i could make the same music so it's motivating too

Amon Tobin's official site is here: amon tobin . com , I recommend "playing" the flash interactive thing, it's a good intro to his sounds. I'm surprised you haven't heard of him if you like Bonobo. I recommend every single release he's put out.

Kid Koala's site is here: kid koala . com He's much more of a fun, talented turntablist, no real serious stuff. I love it though.

(can't post the actual links, too new here. lol)

posting links is easy, just write http://something.com

amon tobin, yeah, good stuff, have you played Splinter Cell? He made the music, but I think you already know that :).
I've also heard kid koala, I'm not too into it, but has some nice stuff too.

So, what about the mr. green's friend link?!?!??

I just meant Amon Tobin and Kid Koala are Mr. Green's friends. Mr. Green being Bonobo. Simon. Yeah.

I haven't played Chaos Theory, I bought the first one so I could do the series properly but I haven't played it. The score is amazing, I got a hold of the game rip too so I can listen to it as it is, not just the condensed album release.

Hell yeah, though I think I prefer Dial M For Monkey. Animal Magic has more pleasant memories attached to it.

And, of course, I like everything on Ninja Tunes, even if just for the chill factor.
