just wanted to share a random selection of my sculptures,these used to be a hobby , but i gave up 'real 'work in the summer and now supposedly do this full time, although im not doing enough, and usually doing the wrong things,like staying up all night for 3 days making something that i cant sell for £50, but hey i like it

What are they made of?

And on the last photo, is it your model or is it a sculpture as well?
... A doll maybe?

hi and thanks, they are all made from polymer clay, i make them by hand. the last picture is one of my lifesize baby sculptures, they are bought mainly by doll collectors yes, and quite collectable as theyre one of a kind.
i have also had the lifesize ones made into vinyl doll kits, and even more collectable silicone limited edition dolls.
most of what i do is made for the collectable doll market, theyre definately not kids dolls, but i prefer the smaller artier pieces.

lol it probably says something about me that i would sit making striped socks out of tiny strips of clay, and i was soo impressed whn i managed to get put real eyelets( made from tiny beads) in the clay to do proper lace up boots.
these fairy figures are only about 8" tall so you can imagine the size of the eyelets hehehe

i have no idea, i count in cms ;)
whatever size they are, they are cool
(big of small, both can be nasty, but well once an aspie starts something... :) i once did some crocheting with fine sewing thread)
