I was wondering if anyone here likes Led Zeppelin. I think they're the best rock band ever!

I was obsessed with their music when I was young. Still like it. What is your favorite Zeppelin song?

And if I say to you tomorrow. Take my hand, child, come with me.
It's to a castle I will take you, where what's to be, they say will be.

Catch the wind, see us spin, sail away, leave today, way up high in the sky.
But the wind won't blow, you really shouldn't go, it only goes to show
That you will be mine, by takin' our time.

And if you say to me tomorrow, oh what fun it all would be.
Then what's to stop us, pretty baby. But What Is And What Should Never Be.

Catch the wind, see us spin, sail away, leave today, way up high in the sky.
But the wind won't blow, you really shouldn't go, it only goes to show
That you will be mine, by takin' our time.

So if you wake up with the sunrise, and all your dreams are still as new,
And happiness is what you need so bad, girl, the answer lies with you.

Catch the wind, see us spin, sail away, leave today, way up high in the sky.
But the wind won't blow, you really shouldn't go, it only goes to show
That you will be mine, by takin' our time.

Oh the wind wont blow and we really shouldn't go and it only goes to show.
Catch the wind, we're gonna see it spin, we're gonna...sail, little girl
do do do, bop bop a do-oh, my my my my my my yeah.
Everybody I know seems to know me well
but they're never gonna know that I move like ....

DON'T MAKE ME CHOOSE! But if I had to, I'd pick "Battle of Evermore"

I've gotten their 1st 6 albums lately that we're uploaded by some friends of mine. Houses Of The Holy is my favorite thus far.

I've liked them for over 25 years now. Used to spend most of my time learning to play Jimmy Page's guitar parts.

Favourite tracks: Bring It On Home, What Is & What Should Never Be, Black Dog, Levee Breaks, Communication Breakdown, Ramble On....etc etc

Having grown up smack in the middle of the 80's , my musical choices were very limited so i listened to classic rock through most of high school. Zeppelin was one of my favirites. I alwys loved the "b" side of the Immigrant Song single, "Hey Hey What Can I do"

I was wearing out my new Magic Carpet Ride 45 when Zep I came out. I've been there with them the whole time.

I can't pick a favorite, but "Good Times Bad Times", "Heartbreaker", and "When The Levee Breaks" are in constant rotation on my rig.

Losing Bonzo was the second saddest day in Rock history, worst day was losing Jimi.

Yeah, I can't argue that the earlier albums get their due. But I'll throw my two cents in for "Carouselambra", "The Rover", "Ten Years Gone" and "Wearing And Tearing". Come on, the brilliant stuff still went on after the first two albums!

"Nobody's Fault But Mine" and "No Quarter".

"Black Dog" and "Bron-Y-Aur Stomp" makes me think of my old dog.

I like the blues / rock element more than the folky stuff.

Favourite song is probably "Bring it on home" - LOVE it when the guitars kick in :D "When the levee breaks" is superb, too. And "Ramble On" is very romantic for a rock song I always think, once you get over the fact that it's all about Lord of the Rings.

The Jimmy Page & Black Crowes "Live at The Greek" album is nearly all Led Zep songs and it's good, though Chris Robinson's voice sounds a bit fuct nowadays. There's a brilliant Fleetwood Mac cover (I think the song is "Oh Well") and they transform "Night on the Tiles" which sounded lame on the original recording IMHO.

I'm a big Zeppelin fan too, they were very dynamic and creative with their music! My favorite is "In the Light" after hearing it on the sound system at the local planetarium during a laser show. I was lost in the sound!
