Ranging from Old School Rap, to Heavy Metal, to IDM. The list goes on.

I did have a Digital Music Collection of over 10,000 songs, but narrowed it down to under 9500.

It's just a question of if I actually listen to any of the artists I deleted at all.

Jamaican.

From Calypso/Mento through JA R'n'B to Ska, Rocksteady and 'skinhead' reggae, then some roots, the dub masters and a few of the toasters up until the late seventies.

Classic rock and alternative rock (particularly of the geek rock sub-genre, such as Weezer or They Might be Giants), mostly. I am probably the only kid in Mississippi to have Hildegard von Bingen on their iPod, though. :P

Mainly classic rock, but I like pop and some country as well.

I like most metal(all types), hard rock, psychedelic rock, some Industrial and Techno type genres.....I have not listened to that as much as other music so I am not clear on all the various genres and differences of that kind of music. And then there are quite a few bands from other genres I enjoy as well.

Rock music is my favourite. The more 'literary' type of rock music. Rock music for English teachers.

I'll randomly listen to jazz and electronica, which are much more cerebral types of music. I wish I was smart enough to be a jazz person or an electronica person, but I always go back to rock. I'll listen to folk and opera occasionally.

I listen to a lot of pop music (generally from the 60s and 80s), too.
