It's just that bullies set up a fake Facebook page about me and used a picture from my old bebo site.

So ever since then, I deleted all my accounts, and I only have a Facebook account, a Photobucket account, and a WP account that I have kept all private and/or anonymous.

But I want to start a blog to share my photos so what should I do? I dont plan on putting a self-portrait or my real name and address on the site, btw.

Should I start one or is it a bad idea? People say my pictures are really brillaint, so i want to have more opinions from strangers, coz i plan on being a photographer when i leave school.

It's something like £15 a year. My own Flickr photostream is here (http://www.flickr.com/photos/lancashire).

www.carbonmade.com is good for you best photos. A blog would be better on flicker though I guess. This is mine; http://www.jonnymasters.carbonmade.com

The other thing is that you can have a blog and link to your photos on Flickr - i.e. you post your photos on your blog. When you click the photos they take you directly to the photo on the Flickr. You then get the best of both social networking worlds.

DeviantArt has a good community of photographers, including pro, amateur, and those trying to improve.
They also have their own forum for photographer's threads.

That's the best attitude to have. Art is art, if they want to be as*holes, fine, but the art? The art must be done!

You should start your own blog. I know someone who started a project of taking one photo every day for a year and posted them on a blog daily. A lot of people like to see around the place where one lives. Go for it!
