I like rap in general but I am DEFINITELY into old school rap. I seriously miss BIGGIE (Notorious BIG)! !! He was a legend. To my own thoughts, I think that new school rap is starting to become whack (songs like Airplanes, club cant handle me, and like a g6 are new school rap songs.) I really like any rap song that keeps it old school. some songs are like that. But I seriously wish i can go back to the days when Biggie was huge!

does Old School mean rap from the 80s and 90s? you know back when rap was good i love 2 Live Crew, Young MC, Tone Loc and many more but modern day rappers completely and utterly SUCK in EVERY possible way now its all about glorifying yourself and saying how awesome you are. back in the day it was making fun of yourself, making people laugh or just generally having a good time i mean Funky Cold Medina is all about how Tone Loc is terrible with women. course i also like Geeksta rap and Nerdcore you can never go wrong with some MC Hawking or MC Plus+ and i like Weird Al's raps but i mainly listen to rock n roll that is definitely the best and 80s rock n roll is even better

I don't like the old stuff, but I do like a fair bit of rap.

When I was around 12-15 years old, greek hiphop was my favourite kind of music. I stopped because the scene was getting boring and no new cd's were being released.

I like pretty much all forms of rap, I'm not particulary picky
The hate mainstream rap gets is pretty damn comical to me though.

I think he was adorable. I could watch him all day.

I like other hip hop and rap, too... mostly melodic rap with either meaningful or clever lyrics.

I really like old school rap. Not really fond of anything else to do with rap.

If we're talking solely about the sound, this would be my favourite rap song. Meaningful lyrics in rap songs are few and far between.

I can appreciate the sound and beats but the lyrics often kind of ruin it. I guess here and there there's something tolerable but I'm just not into ghetto/gangsta speak.

I'm a big fan of hip hop music, esp the ones from NYC, your Jay Z, Nas, Jadakiss, etc.

I'm also a big fan of the old Kanye West, I hate that fact that he sort of changed his style though.

One of the hip hop songs I really like lately is "Hate me now" by Nas, as someone that's a aspie, its sort like a motivational song to just keep going in life no matter what. I get a lot of hate in real life due to my aspie traits and another medical condition I have.

It seems to surprise people when I admit to liking rap, but I do.

Apparently, I either come across as a country girl or a rocker chick.

MF DooM is very ill. From his works in the 90s to his instrumentals from Special Herbs and Spices and Hidden Herbs
