Curiosity

Yes, back to drawing Fairies. This one is curiously peeking from foliage. I had a lot of fun doing this, almost blissful. Had a bad stint, a pile of paper with dissatisfied results and was feeling pretty low. Drawing her certainly made me feel better.

Edit: once again its resized really weird and I dont know how to adjust it soo if you want to see her not squished up, here is the link PIC!

If I can give a helpful critique (please don't take this badly!!) but this repeat character you draw always has one eye wandering to the right side. Unless that's intended...?
Nice work all the same!

Thanks for the Critique an no its not intended. I think it has to do with the angle I draw in. I usually erase and redraw that eye multiple times. I think it has to do with my astigmatism, my glasses do not help all that much.

The Fate of Man

Taken with a GE x400. I did not notice the toy car until I put the shot in the computer and I liked it so I did not edit it.

Considering the title is, "The Fate of Man", I think the car is all the more perfectly appropriate! :thumleft:

I have astigmatism as well. It usually helps if I take my glasses off, but I have really poor sight (+3.75) in my right eye and very good sight (-0.25) in my left. That might be a little different for you, but it might help.

I wanted to draw something more bittersweet than usual, so here's a young woman crying over a photo of someone dear to her. It's supposed to be open to interpretation, but I personally imagine she misses her husband after he died at war.

Problem is that I am almost legally blind. If I take them off, for
example, I can't read 12point font unless I press the page to my face.

I can't make out shapes at all. I mostly see splotches of color and light distortion with no glasses. My vision is poor even with them. Wish I'd started drawing before my late twenties when I had better vision.

i am trying very hard to get my videos to display themselves in 720 pixels automatically , but i can not find out how to do so, they are presented by default at 360 pixels and i have to ask that viewers manually choose 720p to view them in.

is a prime example. it looks like s**t by default, but if the viewer chooses 720 p then it is much more distinct.
whatever. i will learn more tomorrow, when i can again be bothered

I love elephants and yours could easily illustrate a book for children.
When I say: "They're graceful", it's true! Funny, happy and graceful, you pictured them very well.
