When the song "Creep" is on the radio, the radio edit replaces "F***ing", with "Very".

It is better than just dubbing though.I have the radio edit of F.E.A.R by Ian Brown and on the line 'F*ck everything and rumble', the 'f*ck' is just dubbed out so it sounds really strange.

I'm guessing the band made two versions, one for their album, and one that could pass FCC muster.

FCC is USA... Alternative is from the UK. So is Radiohead.

(I know what you mean, I just like correcting people)

Has anyone heard of any of ASOB's billion of Radiohead's covers?

Radiohead is one of my favourite bands ever. Pablo Honey was an OK-ish album, but almost everything they've done after that amazes me even after hundreds of listens. Although I believe that The Bends and OK Computer are two of the finest "Art Rock" albums of all time, their electronic work on Kid A through Hail To The Thief is really underappreciated. I just find it amazing that they were so willing to change their sound so radically in the space of 2 albums. I know that many will disagree, but I believe that Kid A was one of the greatest albums ever recorded, perhaps even moreso than OK Computer, while Amnesiac was more hit and miss, but Hail to the Theif was a return to form. It seemed to me that on that album, Radiohead were more willing to blend the style of their Pablo Honey through OK Computer Years with the electronica of their Kid A and Amnesiac albums. Although the overall result was less focused than their previous work, HTTT was great, giving me some of my favourite RH songs in 2+2=5, Sit Down. Stand Up. and Myxamotosis.
I can't wait for the next album; Down is the New Up, Videotape and Nude are all awesome songs that will hopefully make an appearance on it; the sound is definately leaning more towards the OK Computer era, which is obviously a fantastic thing, in my opinion anyway.

I love Radiohead. I tend to think they peaked with OK Computer, though. We'll see, it seems like they're really trying to make their next LP something special, considering how long it's been. The Bends and OK Computer are my favorites. I do love a few on Hail to the Thief. Can't stand Kid A, personally. I know some people adore it, but... I need more, heh.
