crushes in music

Hello, music lovers. Do you know that those who love listening to music have developed crushes on their famous musicians? So, anyone have crushes? If so, who is your favorite musician/songwriter? Any comments?

I cannot say I've ever actually developed a crush on any musicians in bands I like. There are some I think it would be cool to meet but I have no idea how they'd be in person....I also find a lot of styles that are common amoung music I like to be attractive on guys but I supose I don't really develop crushes though I can develop interest if I meet someone and find their personality as well as looks appealing, but of course that also takes longer than a 5 minute chance encounter...which is the most I've had with any bands not really long enough to learn anything about them aside from that they play music I like...also you end up spending the first couple minutes trying to place them if its a concert with multiple metal bands.

I guess one of my favorite current musicians is Alexi Laiho of Children of Bodom, he does vocals and guitar they play melodic death metal but also are pretty heavy on the keyboard which makes them pretty different then most all death metal bands, even a lot of other melodic death metal has lesser empathizes on the keyboard. Speaking of that, the keyboardist,Janne Warman is also pretty amazing as well.

I wouldn't call it a crush, I'm not dreaming of him as a husband or anything, but I'm a little obsessed with Levon Helm lately. I love watching him play the drums and sing. Ala\

Birgit Nilsson as Isolde does it for me. More the voice than the looks, though.

Miranda Cosgrove but I have a crush on her from her acting too.

Probably a good thing that you're not thinking of him as long range relationship material, seeing as how he's been dead for close to two years.

Yeah, he was also a lot older than me, sad he's dead though - I also like his later music, after the cancer.

I might add to my earlier post a lot of musicians I like are dead now....or too old to really be crush material.

I have a pretty big man crush on Dave Mustaine, and I would go gay for Kurt Cobain if he were still alive. Trent Reznor looked pretty good when he was younger as well. And Nivek Ogre of Skinny Puppy, that dude is just handsome.

Frustratingly, I can't think of any female musicians, mainly because I simply don't listen to a lot of them. I do have a thing for some of the vocalists Nightwish has had though, Tarja being my overall fave.

I used to be obsessed with the band Simple Plan. I don't really have any crushes on musicians now...though I wouldn't mind meeting One Direction.

As much as I hate their music, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry are kinda hot.
