For me, it's a little hard to tell which of the songs are more about general isolation from society as compared to specifically relating to Aspergers-like characteristics.

Radiohead - Paranoid Android
Arcade Fire - Normal Person
Marina and The Diamonds - I Am Not A Robot

It's meant to be an introvert thing but this is a song I can relate to.

Homesick by The Vines is actually written about ASD. It was about another attempt by the band to go on tour but the lead singer couldn't cope with being away and the tour got cancelled. He was diagnosed with ASD after the tour and after the song was written.

Nothings gonna save you,
Nothings gonna save you out there

I can see the leaves of golden glisten in the sun
Making time for everyone is what I should have done
Blue and green with eyes between are acting all the same
You and me are never free until we're cast away

But it really doesn't matter,
Couldn't change it if I tried
Though it really doesn't matter
I'll do it till I get it right

Eminem - Wicked Ways (some of the song tho). The song is mostly about having mental illness/disorders

The 2006 John Mayer song 'Say What You Need to Say' - I read this song was played at an Autism Benefit.

I for some reason get the idea that every song of Marina and the Diamonds that I've listened to gave off a feeling or relate to Aspergers.

The Topmost listened to songs by Marina being:

How To Be A Heartbreaker
Oh No!
Teen Idle
I Am Not a Robot

The one song that everyone mainly relates to, is I Am Not a Robot.
