Is there anyone else here who has an INSANE obsession with music?
I literally like all genres, from screamo to dubstep, from hardcore punk to speedcore techno, from classical music to grime/rap, I like it all.

music used to be my special interest. i played violin, tuba, guitar, and piano as well as singing in the choirs at school and church and in two gospel groups.

If you want to listen to a ton of different genres try 8tracks, and kexp the radio station.

I am literally a music GURU!
I listen to pretty much whatever suites my mood and it definitely varies.
I have started a music blog. Etc.

Yeah, I'm completely obsessed with music. Its really all that i think about or put any effort into.

I enjoy music a lot and my appreciation for musical styles has grown immensely over the last few years. The other day I worked out that I spend around 20 hours a week playing music and being in music classes. I go to a music school and play in my state youth orchestra, so I guess you could call it an obssesion.

Music has been my lifelong obsession; particularly singing.

I used to be very much obsessed with glam metal. I wanted to own every single album ever released and read about every musician who was ever in a glam metal band. These days I listen to other genres (mostly 60's music) but I'm less obsessed with music than I used to be, I have other interests now.

I like most genres of music, but I find following certain Record Labels much more fulfilling.

I am an Island records fan, who'm found Bob Marley, U2 and many other experimental bands such as Keane, Amy Whitehouse etc.

Music is my biggest obsession and I feel will always be my lifelong obsession. I spend hours of every day listening to music, exploring lyrical and melodic ideas, researching artists and their biographies and then if I'm feeling perky trying to play and compose some of my own music.

Without music I wouldn't have very much to live for... and yet I'm doing a degree in science! doh.
