Very good, Anti.

Here's one I wrote for my cat:

Ode to the Odorous Feline of Mine named Gertrude Stein

Gertrude Stein,
the flagrantly fragrant feline of mine
who paws in her box
without pause to detox
the lingering atmosphere I fear will intox
or at least make us gag
with each nose in a rag
to filter the odious odor and pox
she scratches with glee
in her powder room scree
to cover the rendered offender
but not quick enough
for that odor is tough
and it's made our olfactories tender

Lions have the courage of the ages, the courage of those who believe in themselves entirely

Dogs are those who know nothing but to follow, in incessant loyalty.

The birds are untrammeled in the sky, and have known nothing but the freedom; just listen to them sing

If all such is true, what indeed does man have?

Faith, a faith forged in fire. The hope that we may make tommarow better.

Sitting on this wheelie chair
I stop to see a reflection, where?
My image on computer screen
But there's something new I've never seen

My face it seems almost brand new
While pondering what might of changed
My face begins to rearrange

I stare at awe at what I've seen
My face reforms and now is clean

Another new one
Out with the old
Where's my other face?
Has it left a trace?
What a puzzle

While trying to solve
I start to dissolve
And without warning...

The poem ends

Uranium, petroleum and ethanol.
Salt, tobacco and coca-cola.
Animated-holograms, telecontrol and 250,000,000 living dead.

They have the knife to spread:
The key to the base of my head.

It's originally in spanish, so it doesn't rhyme but...

Today will be as dry as yesterday
¿or have you seen a flower being born?
Or may it be just the inclement desert
that little by little invades my mind
shriveling every feeling that may rise from me?

Today your words are only sounds
my sensitivity has fallen asleep
today I'll be just somebody else
from all the ones who walk and don't talk
I want to be without feeling, I want to exist without living

To be for one day an spectator
of the sad circus that eternally
presents the same show
to be an entity without a heart
I want to breathe quietly
passenger without a station

I will be the leaf that travels in time to the winds
the distant song that sounds without an intention
the water that flows with an uncertain bed
the moonlight that slips in my bedroom

I'll go for a ride with my soul blinded
so the world and it's narrowness won't hurt me
so you get dissolved into the "nothing"
like a memory gets consumed into it's antiquity

I don't want anything to wake me up
from this dream that keeps me inert
living this empty life
of weak sadnesses and lukewarm joys
of a pale moon and distant stars

I want to get submerged in an illusion
in the deep waters of imagination
inside of a crystal box
at least for one more day
I want to close my eyes, to dream until tomorrow.

I once described what i liked about oral sex, and said Such a taboo place so close to your face, and my friends wanted me to make a poem out of it, but i can't really think of anything to come next that would sound good, but i want to say something about licking.

Heart's quickening pace,
sending mind to space.

(for the next lines after face)

Oh what temper tantrums should it be
that sends me out into the sea.
Where I go and inflate my rubber ducky
to be rescued should I be so lucky.

Tell me now what dost thou wilt?
That I should wear this blessed kilt.
By hands that say what lightbulbs be
screwed into the socket by n'other than me.

A drink from the water bottle
sends chills down the gullet.
That I should switch rhyming schemes
just to mention mullet.

Tell me now what content thus
should I mention this last stanza?
Maybe little flashing colors
of a Mexican cineplex bonanza.

I fight for I am a soldier

I fight for what I believe...
For I am a soldier of Faith.

I Fight for what is Right...
For I am a soldier of Justice.

I fight for that which is honest...
For I am a soldier of Truth.

I fight for what is good...
For I am a soldier of Life...

Who am I?
I'm the one who fights
for the side of good
in the never ending war
that is life...

BlackLiger, Through and True.

For her, I would...

For Her, I would give the moon and stars
For Her, I would break the rules
For Her, I would search space and time
For Her, I would even turn to crime
For Her, I would give my life
For Her, I would kill
For Her, And for her alone,
For She, She owns my heart.....

The hiest mounten makes no odds
Id clime the tallest tree
Id cross the widest ocean without a boat
And the jet black gulfs of space
Id hike throogh slime and sewage
And even molten led, just to be with you
To the darkest depths of hell id go
And everywere on Earth
Id wage war or peace for you
And kill it dosent matter who
Id do anything for you.

Makes no difference. If you are gonna take the time to write a poem, write it in PROPER English. Unless its in Japanise, in which case, use proper Japanise.....
