Black Sabbath - The Eternal Idol

I have a minor fascination right now with the work that Black Sabbath did in the 80s and 90s with Tony Martin singing. Some of it sucks but a lot of it is much better than it's ever gotten credit for. I like a lot of these albums, but the first one, The Eternal Idol, is probably the best. Silly, overblown 80s metal, very similar to Whitesnake, but very enjoyable. Great stuff.

Yes, he can seem cheesy at times, but I think he's quite talented. The movies he composes for are often junk, but he has a great sense of melody and the music emotes. The Star Wars scores are quite moving for such a crap story.
