Currently not reading anything, had finished Star Strike by Ian Douglas and recently woke up from a nightmare in which the battle with the Xul was combined with Dead Space.

People are probably not reading my book-reading blog, so let's just say that I have effectively finished the Vorkosigan Saga. Within six months. More or less coincidentally, I now have Miles Vorkosigan as an avatar.

Aliens Versus Predator Omnibus 1, for nostalgia and 'cause I'm working my way through the Alien and Predator films. Mixed bag and too heavy on Japan-worship.
There was an interesting scene featuring a grubby hacker "devoted to finding government secrets and publishing them to the world... his real name is Julian." ^^

Read The One Hundred and One Dalmatians, was alright. Kinda subtly satirical. Now on with Hornblower and the Hotspur, hum-ho. (still working my way through stuff rescued from the clear-out at the library)

Never Let Me Go---Kazuo Ishiguro

As, I've been reading the book it has helped me to keep going on even if at times I've felt downhearted & disenchanted...

The Murder of Nikolai Vavilov

The book I completed before this one, however, was titled The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks; I highly recommend it to those of you interested in history, science, or both.

The Terminal Man. Like Michael Crichton's other works, weak on character, but makes up for it with brisk pace.

Set Hornblower aside for the time being in favour of God Emperor of Didcot and now Wrath of the Lemming Men. :D

Just watched the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe so will be trying to dig the books out of whichever cupboard I've left them at some point soon.

I'm reading Her Fearful Symmetry by Audrey Niffenegger. She also wrote The Time Traveler's Wife. Anyway there are a number of characters who either seem to be Aspie or have distinct AS traits, although that's never mentioned.

Not sure if you meant the book or life ..
I read it and liked it.

Just finished Paula Spencer, a novel by Roddy Doyle.
Quite bleak, but sort of about putting one step in front of another.

Not that anyone looks at my book-reading blog, but I finished the very entertaining The Gone-Away World.
