Hi millie, there are some ways to do it, one is through Flickr, other is imageshack

Way one: First go to www.flickr.com and create an account there.
Next, download and install their upload manager: http://www.flickr.com/tools/

Now next time you want to post a pic open the program you installed and drag&drop the pics you want there.
When finished it'll send you to www.flickr.com
Select one of the pics and right click it, from the menu select "copy image link", that's the link you need.
Now, post a reply and press the mountain icon (next to the Youtube icon), paste the link
and that's it.

I'll try to make a visual guide

3 you're in! :D
click upload

4 select files

5 click

6.- that's mainly if you want to share your Flickr account

7.- that's mainly if you want to share your Flickr account
Image

8.- in Flickr click the image to see this window, right click to get the image URL/link
Image

9.- click the mountain icon
Image

10.- paste the image link
Image

11.- preview the post to see if it works
Image

12.- the preview works :D

13.- submit and we're done

looks like a lot but it's simple

hey computerlove - that is really very decent and nice of you. i struggle with written instructions so the visual ones are really cool for me. I appreciate it and i hope others will also work out how to do it from your very cool and very clear visuals.
cheers from Millie (aka Sister Wendy) :) :D

Do you use Firefox, Safari or IE? (In IE it's a pain in the ass to get the direct link to the image.)

Image
this is using Firefox

that's the code that should appear to you.

and then:
